The room was very spacious and clean, with the necessary confort. teh restroom as weel was very spacious. The staff gentle and careful. Breakfast rich, ehre is strongly raccomended the "crostata" made by the kitchen staff!

After two weeks of visiting big cities and tourist spots it was really nice to get out into a more rural setting. If you are driving to places around Tuscany this could be your ideal base. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The service, especially at the front desk and at the restaurant, was truly outstanding. Breakfast is a full breakfast, not just pastries. If fresh fish is on the menu, try it. The wild boar is also very tasty. The pool area needs some attention.

It was early June during our stay, so the outdoor recreation area appeared unready for guests. I have broken this review into two sections: The very good and recommendations for improvement. The very good: The hotel was very comfortable, nice beds, a functional room and a lovely restaurant. The outdoor area is nice with a river in the foreground, a swimming pool, lovely trees and lots of birdlife. The restaurant is very nice and the service is exceptional. The food is very good as well. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful and spoke very good English. Recommendations for improvement: The runners or mats in the hallways need replacing. The hotel sign adjacent to the highway needs to be replaced with a more attractive one. The current one is worn and gives a misrepresentation of the property. A new access to the property might be worthwhile as the current entrance passes directly to the side of a truck stop motel, that is very unattractive. Staff must be given a private area for smoking. It is very unattractive and unhealthy for guests to have staff smoking outside the main entrance to the hotel. The grounds need to be prepared earlier in the season. Overall we had a nice stay.

We stayed for a few nights in late September. Rooms were large and very clean, bathroom Ok shower was a bit tight in size and doors allowed water to leak over floor. Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant only thing was we couldn't understand the menu so would be great for English translation by each dish. We didn't have much atmosphere as there were only about 3 couples staying. Also the ad said wi-fi in rooms but we didn't have any service.All in all we had a good holiday, weather was fantastic.
