“Outstanding Service and Swift Solutions”

We stayed for a baseball tournament and had a fantastic time. When our schedule threw us a curveball, Lori went above and beyond to help us out of a tight spot, and her prompt, caring responses made all the difference.

This hotel felt new and bright. The rooms were very spacious with comfy beds and pillows. The hot breakfast was wonderful with several options and so convenient. The front desk was very helpful and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! We were so happy with this hotel. Everyone was friendly & helpful from check in to check out. Our room was clean, quiet and roomy. The only thing that happened that I didn’t report was that there was no hot water immediately when we first got up in the morning. I think it’s because we were up on the 3rd floor and up at 4 am. If we ran it for 30 minutes, it was fine then and all day. The other thing was that the breakfast was basically the same everyday. But it was fresh and nicely displayed and the area was clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here for 4 nights with friends to go to the State Fair, a local Renaissance Faire, and to catch a Brewers game for a weekend. Overall, this hotel is really good! The facilities themselves are clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Staff were very courteous and were very attentive to guests needs. The breakfast is free(!), and the offerings are quite tasty! They also change the menu up a little each day, so the primary offerings are usually never the same two days in a row, which is a really nice touch! The pool is also very clean and well maintained, though I did not get a chance to use the fitness center. The price was also very good, and it's a short drive away from Milwaukee and Racine proper. The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 was because of sleep quality. I have noticed this at a lot of Hilton properties lately, so I'm not sure if it is a company decision, but the pillows that are used are just... not comfortable or supportive at all. Along with that, the walls and floors/ceilings of the room are very thin, so you hear everything. We had a ground floor room, and were woken up constantly by a dog barking and children running and screaming in their room above us. Not saying that kids shouldn't do that, I don't want to come across as a heartless person; its more of the fact that other places will (and have) insulated and dampened sound a little more to alleviate that than this hotel does. This is still a very solid property, and should definitely be on your list if you want to come to the Racine/Milwaukee area.
