⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stay at Hilton properties often, so I have a high standard for service and BB at the Holiday Inn absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, warm, and attentive. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was just as smooth and comfortable as my Hilton experiences. Employees like BB make all the difference. Holiday Inn is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the outstanding service she provided!

“One night stay”

My husband and I (from Ontario, CAN) were here for one night just passing through. Great, clean hotel. The restaurant had great food and buffet breakfast was great too. The beds were so comfortable and the entire room was nice and clean. Thank you!

The room and the bed were clean and comfortable. I like that Dove products were used and included a separate hair conditioner (which is not often the case in other hotels). The room and the bed were clean and comfortable. I like that Dove products were used and included a separate hair conditioner (which is not often the case in other hotels). The staff though could be friendlier. There was also a discrepancy in the pricing for breakfast. I was told it was $10 at the front desk but when I got to the breakfast area, the cashier said it was $17! That's a big difference. Please come up with a uniform price for breakfast so as to avoid confusion and frustration.

“Good for business”

A little noisy in rooms near the elevator and facing the highway. Some loud maintenance was being done before 8am in the morning. Pool is very hard to find and in a seperate building. Clean room and common areas. Easy parking near door. Very busy traffic in and out of parking lot.
