“Would recommend the Home 2 Suites in Leesburg Virginia”

We stayed at the Home 2 Suites in Leesburg Virginia. It is a newer hotel. Rooms were clean. Would highly recommend!!!!!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I First stayed at the Leesburg, VA location a month ago and was pleasantly surprised. Since I was coming through the area again I decidedto rebook. I was a little alarmed when I noticed just as I came in the door that there was a sign stating that they were severely understaffed with housekeeping and to make any needs known at the front desk. I got to the room around 8 PM. I know this isn’t the hotel‘s fault but there was a family next-door that had a child that sounded to be around 3 that screamed, yelled, ran, pounded until nearly 11 pm. I was going out of my mind since I had get up early. I was already agitated and when I turned the covers down to get into the bed, it looked like somebody had already been sleeping in it. I don’t recall this being an issue when I stayed there last month. All I could think of was that my bed was not clean, especially since there had been a sign stating how understaffed housekeeping was. I wasn’t comfortable so I ended up sleeping in my clothing… Once the child next-door stopped screaming… On top of the bathroom towels that I laid on the sheet. Totally unsatisfactory night for $150.

This property is better serviced than their sister property in Ashburn, VA. However, Maria the front desk attendant is RUDE. Front desk should introduce themselves, when they pick up the phone. She doesn't even say : " good morning". If Maria hates her job, she needs to go. Jackie , the housekeeping manager has an attitude and acts like she's doing paying customers a favor. Housekeeping staff wakes you up between 8-9am with their Loud conversations in Spanish, right in the hallway. In front of my room...every single day.
