Road trip across the USA, we’re frequenting Hampton Inn. By far, this Hampton sets the standard that should make Hilton proud. To the room staff… we couldn’t have asked for it to be nicer. Sheets were bright & crisp. Beds were made tight and presented beautifully. Finding four of each bath towel accessory was a welcome standard. The extra large flat screen was a nice feature. Breakfast was great and everything is so nicely maintained. Most importantly, your lovely, personable staff. Thank you for a very nice stay which we anticipate we’ll repeat on our next x-country journey.

The cleanliness and service at this hotel is unparalleled. Check in was easy, and Mel was very helpful in getting us a room that was quiet. We stayed in a king studio, and the space was fantastic with chairs, a couch, refrigerator and microwave. The wet bar was a great addition. There is plenty of space to store clothes for a longer stay, and the bed is VERY comfortable (having a son in the mattress industry tends to make me a mattress critic). The bathroom is large with a great shower, and ample towels. The indoor pool looked very nice and lots of kids were definitely enjoying it. The hotel itself is located in a great area with a Target, movie theater, state liquor store, and tons of fun little restaurants within walking distance. It is quiet, and very safe. We experienced a small earthquake while we were there, and the front desk was very efficient at getting us information when we called. I think one of our favorite things was the ice that was in the ice machine. Small nuggets that just make drinks so nice!

I had an excellent experience during my 2-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, Mel provided outstanding customer service, friendly, attentive, and truly going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was impeccably clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast offered each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff, especially Mel, made a lasting impression, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended!
