“Great for Texas Tech visits!”
First time here, we come up for Tech games and usually stay at the Overton but we’ve found a new home! Very clean and friendly, walking distance to campus, and breakfast exceeded my expectations. I’m a coffee snob and coffee was actually good! Lots of Tech fans stay here. We will be back!

“Great place to stay”
What a great find! Had a wonderful room with great aminities! Loved the breakfast-what a treat! Staff friendly and suggested a good restaurant for us after 8 hours in the car! A definate keepers if we travel this way again!

“Clean stay!”
Super impressed. Very clean room--good value.. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.. Also the breakfast was an added bonus--super filling..

“Good design, ok execution”
Let me open with saying that this hotel was fine. There were no fatal flaws or significant problems, and this appears to be a fairly new and clean property. There were a lot of little things, though.
