As soon as I walked in the hotel the atmosphere felt like home and was very clean. I was greeted with great kindness and great customer service by Ms. Mikka. She helped check me in with no issues and also showed me how to get logged on to the WiFi with no hesitation. The room was very clean and organized and was able to get a good nights rest. The breakfast was phenomenal, talk about a good brisket breakfast taco and pickled onions. The Texas Way! Will return. Thank you!

Exceptional Service During a Very Busy Weekend! I’d like to recognize three outstanding members of the team at Homewood Suites Grand Prairie at Epic Central for their exceptional professionalism and customer care during my stay, October 16–19, 2025. That weekend was one of the busiest imaginable — I was in town attending the As A Man Thinketh Conference, the Cowboys were playing the Commanders in Dallas, and there were two large events being hosted right at the hotel. Even with everything going on at the property, the staff remained calm, friendly, and attentive to every guest’s needs. Three individuals truly stood out: Alexander, Amy, and Tyra. Alexander noticed we were having issues with our electronic room keys and, without hesitation, came over from the bar area to help resolve the problem personally. Later in the stay, when I wasn’t feeling well and mentioned that I was moving a bit slowly, he listened with genuine concern. Although he explained the importance of housekeeping needing timely access to rooms, he kindly granted me a few extra minutes past checkout to gather my things — without penalty. That simple gesture spoke volumes about his empathy and professionalism. Amy was prompt, courteous, and efficient. When we requested additional towels, she had them delivered to our room within fifteen minutes, accompanied by a friendly smile that made us feel right at home. Tyra greeted us warmly each time we entered or exited the property and offered helpful suggestions about nearby restaurants and attractions. Her positive energy set the tone for each day. It’s not easy to maintain that level of consistency and care during such a high-traffic weekend, but this team truly did. Their commitment to excellence reflects incredibly well on the leadership and culture at this Homewood Suites. Kudos to Alexander, Amy, and Tyra — and to the management team for cultivating such an outstanding environment. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Grand Prairie area. — Marcus Gray

I stayed at Homewood suites at the Epic in Grand Prairie Texas for about 3 week. There were four of us, and two suites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially like to share how helpful Alexander was. I dropped my purse outside and unaware, he found it, and returned it. He would not let me give him a tip. Your hotel was always busy, and yet I was always asked if I needed any help. They seem to go over and aboard to accommodate visitors. Alexander would even help two people at once to insure no one felt left out when busy. The other people were friendly also, Annette, Arhys, Precious, Ismaii, and Dallas. Thank you all for making out stay pleasant. We have to stay at a hotel again. once work start on our house. Hopefully we can return.
