Very nice hotel tucked back and unassuming. Very professional front desk and even allowed us to check in early due to our flight arriving early. Nice dining area and grounds were excellent. Wasnt too happy about the paid parking situation, lack of available ice machines as i had to just about walk the entire building to find one that was working, or the lack of a response from housekeeping regarding items left in the room. At one point this was a really nice hotel and you can see its signs of aging. My drain in my room was clogged but maint was there in short order to fix the issue. Rooms were nice, hotel is larger than it initially looked and pool looked so inviting! Very nice hotel...jus could use some updating. Business center was secured and all equipment was operational. Solid customer service!

“Someone forgot the 4th floor ”

Our room was on the 4th floor. One of the elevators reeked of mold and the smell worsened when exiting the elevator on the 4th floor. Our room was on the 4th floor. One of the elevators reeked of mold and the smell worsened when exiting the elevator on the 4th floor. The bed was great but the heat and air conditioner controls were broken. We either froze or sweltered. Engineering came to the room but said nothing was wrong. The breakfast buffet was just ok but the dinners were delicious. On our last night we stopped in the bar for a drink. It was not busy but the bartender was so engrossed in conversations with others that by the time the waiter came back to ask if I had received my drink 15 minutes had passed so I cancelled the order. People at the front desk were very helpful. Overall inconsistent experience.

First impression of the hotel is quiet dated but I must commend the hotel staff for being quick and courteous that I was checked in within 5 minutes. In terms of the room it was adequate, although my room had a musty smell. It bothered me at first but I was simply too tired to even bother. Internet was also good as I didn't have any issues with my usage. Bathroom was large and the beds were ok. For breakfast, the spread was more than adequate as they had coffee, juice and tea for drink and a plethora of breakfast options (bagels with cream cheese, bacon, egg, yogurt, etc.) For no frills accommodation, Crowne Plaza does the trick just don't expect much.
