But this facility has an awesome TEAM of folks. I hate to give names because of the ones I dont deal directly with obviously do a fantastic job cleaning, cooking ect.as well.. Teri, Ashley, Kenny to name a few. I /we from Garnet Elec. would like to say to all of you, THANK YOU! For making our time away from home more comfortable..

“Nice clean room”

I had a good experience, the front desk was helpful and I was lucky to get rooms during the winter storm. It was very cold outside and the hotel is the last one on that street. It's quite a walk. I had a good experience, the front desk was helpful and I was lucky to get rooms during the winter storm. It was very cold outside and the hotel is the last one on that street. It's quite a walk. The breakfast is one of the best I have seen as far as preparation and attendance. The lady that works there surprisingly also works in the other hotel across the street. She minds her business and doesn't worry about guests'personal things. There is a gym and pool both in good condition. The hotel has newer looking sheets, all very clean. It's a good pick for the price.

“First time stayer at this brand and hotel”

I was visiting local friends in the area earlier in May and would characteriz the hotel as "average" Supposedly there were freshly baked cookies when I checked in, but didn't see any remaining. No water was offerred as an elite traveler and breakfast, I'd give a 4/10.

“Mobility Accessible Room”

We stayed here for one night on a cross-country trip. The location is terrific. It is close to so many restaurants and stores. We stayed here for one night on a cross-country trip. The location is terrific. It is close to so many restaurants and stores. Clarksville has definitely grown since the last time I was here almost 30 years ago. I appreciate that this is a dog friendly hotel. The staff was wonderful. We stayed in a mobility accessible room with a roll in shower. The room was barely big enough for my husband’s wheelchair. The biggest problem we had with the room was the shower. The shower chair is attached to the wall opposite the shower head and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. This is a consistent problem with mobility accessible rooms in many hotels. This shower was especially bad as after anyone showered half of the bathroom floor was covered in water and not just a little water. There were puddles in many spots. The one towel that is given for the floor was literally dripping with water after the first shower and was of no use for anyone else to shower. The internet was very slow. The breakfast was probably the worst I have seen in a hotel. The selection was terrible so we didn’t even eat. We would not stay here again.
