The Springhill Suites hotel is conveniently located just off of I-75 on the outskirts of Northern Chattanooga. The king room was very spacious, offering a sitting area with desk, mini fridge, fold out sofa, and coffee pot. The bath was adequate with a large shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was well-equipped, offering an assortment of hot food options, along with a waffle bar, pastry area, fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurts. The desk staff were welcoming and friendly. There are several local restaurants nearby, too. Overall, a very reasonably priced stay, with good amenities, and tasty breakfast.

The service is great - we needed to move rooms in order to be closer to a family member, and the staff were very accommodating, moving us quickly into a nearby room. After a day that my husband and I were on the road for 12 hours, Gary at the front desk was so helpful and kind in making our reservation, assigned us a wonderful room, and even called up to the room once we were in to ensure we were satisfied. This is what you call great customer service!! The room was immaculate, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was superb. Will come back again to this location on our way through this area. Shout out to Gary for his exceptional communication and service!

The room seemed clean. The television was almost unwatchable. It seemed as though it was old and the picture was quite dark and the color was dominated by a blue tint.
