“Good Stay”

Only stayed for one night. The location was perfect for our needs. This place is clean and well kept. Check in and check out went smoothly. My only complaint is it's about a kilometer from the man road.

Nice convenient stay! Good location. Quiet 3rd floor. Clean and either new’ish or newly remodeled. Very pleased overall and good price on night of stay. Used digital key and app check out. Recommend this location and most likely Home 2 Suites in general.

Stayed at H2S week of Christmas. Location is convenient but confusing when you approach a personal care facility just adjacent to the hotel. This hotel is brand new, built 2023, so everything I observed was in great condition. The breakfast area is spacious and set up cafeteria style, with mini quiches, eggs, bacon, sausage and typical pastries, oatmeal, juice, etc. My room on 3rd floor was huge, comfortable and could be a small apartment. Shower was walk-in and strong flow of water, which was great! Plenty of storage and kitchen amenities with full sized refrigerator freezer, dishwasher and cutlery with mixing bowls, plates, and more. The cleaning staff always nodded when walking by on my floor, yet when my DND sign was off the door, my room was not cleaned. I left trash outside which was cleared away. I did not use the gym or pool, other guests I observed did and seemed clean and offered a good amount of space. The only downside was Dogs walking around with no supervision which belonged to a staff member. Nearly no staff member at front desk, ever. The minute the guest breakfast ended, (9:30am weekdays) a slew of staff made their way to take over the breakfast area, yet did not ever appear to interact with guests. I would, due to location, breakfast, and the breakfast lady, sorry did not get her name, would stay again.

Would usually stay at the nearby Hampton Inn, but wanted a suite since we would be in town a few days for a funeral. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. Elevators are located at the end of the building so if your room is near the end of the hallway, as ours was, you have a long walk. The room was spacious, and had lots of drawer space and the beds were very comfortable. The one negative was their "hot breakfast". In over 40 years of business travel, I've never had a more disappointing breakfast. There was the usual waffles, oatmeal, and cereal, but the do it yourself sandwiches were terrible. The sausage patties, egg rounds, and Canadian style bacon were lukewarm at best, far from hot. Sausage had no flavor and the eggs were like rubber. The rolls and croissants for the sandwiches seemed like they were heated in a microwave to the point of being hard. We were there for three nights and went out for breakfast the last two!
