Very nice, new, clean and well appointed hotel especially for the price point. We really appreciated how welcoming Tiffany and Elizabeth were of our dogs and they even gave them a little welcoming gift. We also liked the modern security features such as requiring a key card for the elevators. Even though we were there for 3 nights, when I asked for an additional card because of an issue with the electronic key, Tiffany asked for I.D. before giving me the extra key. Some people may find this annoying, but when you are traveling with loved ones, you appreciate the effort to make sure no one is on the property who doesn't belong there. We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Southern Maine.

Newly built hotel next to highways, gas stations and one eatery. The decor is clean and simple with a decent sized breakfast room, exercise room and self laundry. The hotel suites are generously sized with a microwave, apartment sized refrigerator and desk. The downsides include a buffet breakfast that was out of several standard food and drink items one morning; juice, yogurt and boiled eggs. The breakfast selection is good and sufficient otherwise. I suggest they provide black tea with caffeine at the drink bar. The refridgerator in my room was tightly fit at the end of the wall cabinetry and exit door so you couldn't fully open the door and adjust the shelves to hold my water jug. I also found on the first day of my stay empty wall shower gel and shampoo requiring me to use my own shampoo to wash until they came later to fill the containers.

The hotel is new. The room was nice with a big shower and thick towels. The desk had a moveable pullout and a floor lamp that also moved. This was very convenient for map research. The hotel is new. The room was nice with a big shower and thick towels. The desk had a moveable pullout and a floor lamp that also moved. This was very convenient for map research. We appreciated to extra security requiring our room key to use the elevator. The breakfast could have been better. We are guessing the person was relatively new and did not have timing and planning figured out. We appreciated real cheese slices for making our egg sandwiches.
