Amazing hotel and staff! First off, while using the Hilton app, we were able to pay a very small fee to upgrade our room to a much larger suite. That made our day! The room and hotel were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Every single staff member said hello and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. At breakfast, we were asked what our plans were for the day and since it was so cold (-40), we weren't sure what to do. Our plans were outdoor hockey since our boys were missing practice, but not in that cold! We were given advice for our family, which consists of an 8, 9 and 21 year old. We ended up having a little issue in the pool area with other guests that were not being nice to my daughter, who has psoriasis. I talked to Alex at the front desk, and he immediately addressed the issue. The manager, Tiffany, came in from home to handle it with class and we felt they went above and beyond!! Looking at camera footage within minutes and making us feel better. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and bonus...there's restaurants within a few feet! We have stayed here many times and will be back for many more.

“Great stay”

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast was the usual - eggs and potatoes along with waffles and oatmeal. They also had fruit, yogurt, breads and cereal. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a little away from the downtown hubbub yet super close to a ton of stores and restaurants. Texas Roadhouse is in the parking lot.

“Desk and attendants accomadating to disabled and service dog.”

I thought the folks running the place were accomadating to my needs for 100% VA disability. Stairs problem solved with first floor ground level room. Service dog had lots of surrounding grasslands and woods for her duties. Parking also good for handicapped customers. Breakfast run well.

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Duluth and this one overall is best suited for our fam. Housekeeping had some attitude with us not being checked out at 9:45am. The wall in our room was full of blood splatter-kind of alarming. Breakfast was blah
