We needed a place to stay for our group who was in town for a funeral. We chose this place due to its location, which was ideal. Then we started to learn about the wonderful staff when Michelle helped us with our reservation. When we arrived we found the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The cleaning and hot breakfast staff were nice as well. The hot breakfast was well above average. The rooms comfortable, clean and of nice size. We enjoyed our stay, hung out in the lovely common areas and rested up in the comfy beds. Tip: there’s more parking in the back and ask for the back to get away from traffic noise.

My wife and I are staying here for a few months on an extended visit with her Mom. It’s a perfect hotel for us. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our dog, a Cavapoo, is given much love, attention and most importantly, treats. The hotel is immaculate. Our room is large and comfortable. The location is good..plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and close to the highway. Kevin Connors, Director of Sales, is amazing. His GM, Shannon, runs a tight ship and is also helpful and friendly. It really feels like a home away from home. We’d definitely come back whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommended.

Residence Inn Braintree has truly been a wonderful home away from home for my family and me. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. My first encounter was with Wilson, who I believe is the front desk manager. He was an absolute lifesaver after we had a disappointing experience at another nearby hotel that was unsuitable for an extended stay. Wilson was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and was able to accommodate us the very same day. We are so grateful for his compassion and professionalism. The following Monday, I met Kevin from sales. I don’t think a friendlier person could work for this organization he made us feel immediately at ease and genuinely valued. The front desk team—Fransisco, Elaine, Michelle, Dan, Jean, Lia, and Caroline are outstanding. They all know us and our dog by name, always greet us with a warm smile, and even have a treat ready for our pup. It’s that kind of personal touch that truly sets this hotel apart. The housekeeping staff is just as wonderful-friendly, attentive, and hardworking. Each morning, the breakfast selection is impressive, with a thoughtful rotation that keeps things fresh and prevents the menu from feeling repetitive.
