“Trip to see the grandkids with our two big dogs”

We traveled with two dogs and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was and the staff was simply so amazing and accommodating. A great value for the money! I highly recommend this hotel!!

It smells new, was extremely clean, and has all the amenities you could hope for. The shower water pressure is amazing, and you will not regret staying here. It's also a wonderfully nice location!

We stayed her as our grandaughter was competing in a cheer competition nearby. We loved our suite with all it's many amentities. We especially liked the littie rolling table as we love to play cards during downtime. Room was clean, quiet, well stocked and comfy. However we did not get service the third day as we expected. Housekeeping showed up at 4 pm when we were resting. I believe we had a lanquage barrier. I asked for two washclothes, I asked for two washclothes, she shook her head and only gave me one of each. I said that's fine and closed the door. So no wastebaskets were empiet or sheets changes, etc. I did inform the front desk when we checked out. Comfy beds and hot showers. The breakfasts were wonderful, many choices, everything was tasty. Hotel was full so the breakfast area attendants were very busy. All in all we were very pleased with our stay.

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Adequate breakfast offerings, but one complaint about it and it's a common one for many locations. The Hot Water thermos at the coffee/tea station dispenses water with a coffee taste to it. FYI, when coffee is mistakenly put in a stainless steel container intended only only for hot water, the flavor of coffee will taint the water thereafter. Then any hot tea made with that water has a coffee taste to it. The hot water container needs to be cleaned with baking soda and hot water to remove the coffee taint whenever coffee has been put in it. Ideally, it should never have coffee or anything but water put in it to begin with. Your tea drinking customers will much appreciate your attention to this My major complaint about this hotel is the walls don't seem to be a soundproof as other Hiltons we stay at. In this hotel, we could hear a TV that was on throughout our stay. We were in Room 218. The last morning I discovered the source of the TV noise was the Fitness Center right below our room. I told the front desk about it and was told the Fitness Center is opened 24/7 so they don't monitor how loud or long the TV is on. Great, but then don't rent Room 218 to anyone.
