The staff were kind and very attentive. The rooms were clean and delightful. The desk attendant (Mae) was kind and upgraded us into a wonderful room where we had a kitchen to get our meals prepared. We will be returning here again. Our family has stayed at many hotels and this one was by far the nicest we have stayed at with kindness that abounded in every way! We felt cared for!

The staff was friendly. When I was there, Kaitlyn & Deanna made my stay better. Friendly, inviting. In the morning, a shout out to Susan, who prepared the breakfast. Hampton Inn breakfasts are good, but consistently the same. But, the potatoes here the day Susan was on duty, were excellent, above and beyond. I asked her name to give her credit because they were that notable. As for the hotel itself, it was comfortable and quiet. It's nearby anything in Vincennes one might want to see. Also, housekeeping was excellent as well. I would stay here if I was ever here again.

“Nice place. Needs little attention.”

Nice hotel that seems pretty new. Beds were decent but pillows were horrible. We had a pull out couch for two kiddos. Sheets were in closet for pull out but no pillows- asked front desk for pillows but all they could find was one pillow and had no ideas on how to find another pillow! Coffee and hot… Più

Nice hotel that seems pretty new. Beds were decent but pillows were horrible. We had a pull out couch for two kiddos. Sheets were in closet for pull out but no pillows- asked front desk for pillows but all they could find was one pillow and had no ideas on how to find another pillow! Coffee and hot water at front desk was cold- told front desk lady and she said she was unable to fill due to recently having surgery. Did check in on Hilton app and chose room but the hotel staff moved room even tho I had selected a different room. Pool was extremely cold- nice pool facility but sooo cold. Pools top edge was pretty gross with a thick scum that needed scrubbed off but water seemed clear and clean. Overall nice stay but needs a bit of attention for Hilton standards.

We were passing through, so this is for a one-night stay. Outdoors, property was clean and inviting. It was located off the main road, so that noise was almost non-existent. The side roads around the hotel seemed to be a speedway for some high performance cars throughout the evening. Otherwise, it was peace and quiet. We had a first floor room which was very convenient. Room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room also had a sofa bed, ottoman,and office chair for watching TV. Not many channels, and the guide was not functional. Never did find ABC channel after scrolling. It did have a lot of HBO channels though. Our room phone must have had a previous wake-up call programmed into it. The first ring came around 2a; second ring was at 2:30a. Even though we mentioned this to the receptionist, there didn’t seem to be an urgency to remove it from the phone. The bathroom had a shower instead of bathtub, which is what we prefer. The bathroom walls need a thorough cleaning. There was what appeared to be spilled coffee on outside of shower and on walls. The tile floor probably needs a steam clean for the grout. It was nice to have plenty of towels. The breakfast area was very clean and maintained, but the choices were poor. Instead of scrambled eggs, they had “topped” bagel bites. The rest of the choices were carb-heavy. Not up to par with a good Hampton breakfast. And lastly, the front desk receptionists (night or day) were not very enthusiastic. Comfortable stay, and could be a 4 or 5 star with some east clean up and customer service orientation.
