I would like to nominate Kristy Lewandowski for employee of the month of January. I will be back to this HIE in the next few months so I will let you know if Kristy deserves employee of the year. The reason I picked this hotel was because of a review I saw that said the GM with very nice to deal with. I got to the Hotel and Kristy was a pleasure to deal with from Check-in to Check-out. She answered all my questions and there was more the 15 of them. I ask about the traffic noise and she told me that it didn't affect the hotel. I was very happy with the room I got. When I got into the hotel as soon as Kristy found my reservation greeted me as a Platinum Elite member. Like I told Michele I was going to write a bigger and better review for Kristy. This Hotel will treat you like you are Top Tier of their membership program. I saw the pool and it looked nice and clear, the area around the pool was clean, it was just to cold to swim while I was there. Very clean Hotel, Housekeeping staff were very friendly. 1st thing I noticed was they had a list ( 2 pages ) of local Palm Coast Restaurants with a Map of an Old Town Trolley Tours on the front counter. I stayed at 3 HIE ( Holiday Inn Express) in 3 days and this is the only 1 I will come back to and Kristy was a major part of my decision to return 5 out of 5 stars. Hey Michele is this long enough.

“Excellent stay at Palm Coast Holiday Inn”

This hotel was fabulous! The reception area was clean and the front desk staff was very attentive. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed and pillows were top notch. 10/10 would describe this Holiday Inn. We will be coming back to stay.
