Last week, my partner’s family came to visit from Florida, and without hesitation we chose Sirocco. We knew we could count on consistently great food, service, cocktails, and atmosphere — the perfect place to impress our guests. What we didn’t expect was a special on the menu: crab bruschetta. It was offered in addition to the regular menu, and we were told the whole restaurant was ordering it. After trying it, we understood why! I had never had crab bruschetta before, and now I’m spoiled. It was absolutely delicious — flavorful, fresh, and left you wanting more (which we did… we ordered a second round!). Some restaurants claim there’s crab in their dishes, and you find yourself searching for it. Not here. This dish delivered generous, beautiful lumps of crab in every bite. Sadly, I don’t think this will become a regular menu item, but we know we’ll keep coming back regardless. Sirocco’s menu is consistently delicious, and their drink and meal specials are a local’s dream — likely one of the best on the Rehoboth strip.

I arrived the day before my birthday on October 10 under pretty tense conditions because I came out to settle on a home and you know how that can be. I arrived late on Thursday evening and the attendant at the front desk, Cletis, greeted me and was extremely hospitable and I was able to get a Military rate which I greatly appreciate it. I could not believe his professionalism and service but I didn’t realize this was going to carry through for the whole weekend. Later Andrea Nikki and Elizabeth also demonstrated the type of service that the Ritz Carlton chain used to be renowned for before Marriott took them over. I would even add this segment of of the Hilton chain just like the autograph collection is from Bonvoy or Marriott but I think if this is representative far better and I will seek anytime on government travel or by myself to stay at one of your boutique style hotels. I also would like to add to the list Cyrus who I saw at the bar both for breakfast and for dinner. You have an incredible team and you made what could’ve been a very stressful weekend relaxing! In summary I would say that I would highly recommend the coast hotel and this segment of your brand to anyone looking to stay in Rehoboth fortunately the closing went well and I now have a new Home out here in Rehoboth Beach!
