“Smooth, comfortable visit”

Great stay! The room was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and everything went smoothly during our visit. We had no issues at all and would happily stay here again.

We stayed here last night and it was fabulous. It felt like we were the only ones here but there was actually a few bus loads full of high school soccer teams staying also. I cringed when I saw them but I never heard a peep out of them till I saw them leaving this am. Our room and the dining area were so clean! Impressive! Most importantly was the friendliness of the night and day shift girls. They were so kind and probably the sweetest hotel desk clerks u w ever encountered. We WILL stay here every time we are in Conway! Why can’t all hotels be this awesome! It takes a LOT to impress me. I’m very ocd and expect manners. This place and its employees didn’t disappoint. Even the women cleaning the rooms were extremely mannerly.

“Wonderful place to stay in Hopkinsville”

“Great Interstate Hotel.”

The ONLY negative about the actual hotel was the overwhelming fragrance in the lobby. I read where another reviewer enjoyed it but I know if I had to spend time in the lobby it would have given me a headache. The ONLY negative about the actual hotel was the overwhelming fragrance in the lobby. I read where another reviewer enjoyed it but I know if I had to spend time in the lobby it would have given me a headache. We were in a room very close to the lobby and that perfume wafted into our room. That being said, it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Beds are firm and comfy. Breakfast was pretty basic. Parking lot seemed small. We were on backside of hotel and didn't hear interstate at all. Not much noise from above floor either. Not of fan of the sliding bathroom doors. We also travel with a night light for night time trips to the bathroom and it came in handy. One negative that the hotel can't control is that it's next to a Walmart & there was a man walking around begging for money. So, there's that element right beside the hotel. I think next time, I'll pick a hotel a little outside of a major city to avoid that type of thing.
