A nice place to stay on your trip to the Canyon or cross country. Not a fancy national chain place but the history shows, which is a plus. The room was modern in image, very well maintained, clean. A nice place to stay on your trip to the Canyon or cross country. Not a fancy national chain place but the history shows, which is a plus. The room was modern in image, very well maintained, clean. Far enough from the highway we did not hear any traffic at all. I would of liked a coffee pot in the room. The bathroom and shower was up to date. There is a good coffee shop breakfast place just across the street too.

First time staying at Arizona 9… I would stay here again. The room was very large and roomy! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the room had a small refrigerator and microwave! Honestly, the only reason I didn’t rate it higher was because each time I walked down the hallway in my room toward the bathroom, a certain spot on the floor sagged; I’m a small woman, so it wasn’t due to my weight. I realize the room is older, tho. I did not mind having an older room and appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. I’m not sure if the lady at the front desk was the owner or not, but she was very personable and nice. I included a couple photos of toilet paper, which may seem odd, but it was in the lobby and was wrapped in Route 66 decor, which was a cute idea! I think it was for sale, but not positive. The motel was all on the ground level and we were able to park right outside our door.
