Really nice rooms, very clean and comfortable, great bathroom too and big fluffy towels. I was a bit worried about having no window, but they had a light that looked like a window which was pretty cool. Excellent breakfast choice - continental. No noise at all and I had a great nights sleep. The room did not have a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities but I was not bothered by this.

Actually I slept well, but . . . The hotel is right in the centre of Swindon by the station. The postcode they give on the website, I now know, does not take you to the underground car park. In my case it was pouring with rain, and after four tries I gave up and dumped the car in a pay and display.… Più

Actually I slept well, but . . . The hotel is right in the centre of Swindon by the station. The postcode they give on the website, I now know, does not take you to the underground car park. In my case it was pouring with rain, and after four tries I gave up and dumped the car in a pay and display. When you miss the car park, you have to go round the one way system again . . . I went in what I thought was the Ibis but it turned put to be the Holiday Inn next door. They redirected me, and told me how to get to the car park. The Ibis entrance, on Henry Street, looks like a seedy strip joint. The car park entrance, on Holbrook way, wasn't sign-posted and even after being told where it was I nearly missed it. For what I paid (£55), I wasn't unhappy and I did sleep well. The TV was completely baffling, but the breakfast was ok. What they need to sort put is the absence of any effective exterior signage.

Stayed for 3 nights the flooring is awful like being in squid games hard to find way out lift was broken was clean breakfast basic breakfast staff and receptionist never on site always out the front door of the restaurant smoking then come in touch the breakfast food s for topping up not one of them washed their hands swearing and complaining about working too much slagging off another staff member Charlie I think they said great staff team
