“Excellent customer service”
Brilliant customer Service, staff member Sanjay was brilliant he helped us resolve a issue we had with our holiday and our stay was great, would highly recommend

“Good staff on duty. Clean rooms”
Checked in very late with a dog. Staff were efficient, smart and personable. The room was clean and bed comfortable. “Convenient location with great staff”
Staff is very welcome and friendly and although located at the motorway services, the noise of the road does not reach the hotel.
