“Convenient Location and Good Value”
This hotel is basically across the street from the Takadanobaba JR and subway stations. Waseda University is about 15 minutes' walk (or one subway hop) away from the hotel. The hotel is not located in Shinjuku, but in Takadanobaba, 2 stops further north on the Yamanote line, but the hotel is still very well located. “Nice hotel”
Near subway and JR Iine. Lots of lovely eateries all around. Great convenient place. Hotel toilet is small but otherwise everything else was great. I will certainly stay here again Breakfast at the hotel also great

This is a good location close to station, shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was average and the wifi the worst we'd had after 4 weeks in Japan.
