“Great location”
A great location in a quiet suburb, just minutes away from KOBE JR station, It is very convenient and can be reached by the underground subway direct to the hotel passing many shops and restaurants. “Very nice hotel”
This is a very nice hotel. Excellent service and very good English speaking front of house staff. The basement leads straight into an amazing underground shopping mall which also contains the local subway station. Very handy!

“Basic and in need of refurb”
Firstly, parking, if you have a car, maybe don't park here at the hotel. You can't leave the car a full 24 hours, each 30 mins is 200 yen and a great bar comes up under your car to prevent you leaving!
