We stayed at Wing Hotel located at 34 Yiren Road (there are two Wing Hotels in Guilin). Perfect location. The hotel was in downtown with lots of shops & restaurants. Ten minute walk to the Li River and ten minute walk to the lake. Everything looked brand new, super clean & comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with one bathroom. Customer service was excellent! Although the hotel is not on a big street, hotel staff helped us get a taxi to go to train station. The hotel uses robots to deliver customer requests to their rooms, which was cool. I would definitely stay there again.

“Guilin hotel”

This was my first time traveling in China,The wing hotel is great.Highly recommend this hotel. Very nice hotel and the room is very clean. Good location It had excellent and delicious lunch together in various restaurants. All the staffs are nice and kind.

There are 2 or 3 Wing hotels in Guilin. We chose this one in the very center - in the middle of pedestrian area. There are 2 or 3 Wing hotels in Guilin. We chose this one in the very center - in the middle of pedestrian area. Hotel is in excellent location - walking distance to all major sights, comfortable rooms and kind staff. Breakfast was very disappointing and should be improved - the only reason I deduct one star. What made our stay very enjoyable was Jenny - an agent working for the Wing hotels. As soon as we booked the hotel she sent me an info mail with tours she organizes. We had great communication via Whatsapp and Wechat and she arranged everything for us: railway pickup transfer, 2 rivers and 4 lakes cruise, Li river cruise, visiting Ruyi peak and drop off at Yangshuo station, even a restaurant for my daughter's birthday. Everything went flawlessly and best of all price was the same as we booked ourselves, however with her that was done without any hassle. I strongly recommend Jenny's services for a hassle free vacation in Guilin and surroundings, and I use this opportunity to honestly thank her for her kindness and organization.

When we first arrived,we were abit concerned of the condition of the hotel. The front of the hotel was facing an alley and the rear facing some apartment. Upon checking in we were totally surprised the property was very new. The rooms was bright and airy although there was no view , the beds and mattress were very clean and comfortable .Quite a few places of interest were within walking distance.It would be great if the management could provide more variety for the breakfast.
