“Great hotel, friendly staff”
I am genuinely surprised that this hasn’t been rated 4/5 by everyone. This hotel is not a cardboard cut out Western European hotel. It is a non chain hotel in an East European country. “Great location and great hotel!”
Stayed here a few weeks ago and am staying there again soon. This central-based Sofia hotel has a welcoming staff, and my room was clean and comfortable.
