In occasione dell'entrata in vigore il 23 gennaio 2020 del nuovo Decreto Legge 1/2020 del 17 gennaio contro gli eccessi del turismo, finalizzato a migliorare la qualità nelle aree turistiche, viene decisa la completa eliminazione dell'offerta All Inclusive che include bevande alcoliche illimitate. Durante il servizio pranzo e/o cena saranno accettate unicamente un massimo di 3 bevande alcoliche per cliente.
Inoltre, in qualità di società dedita al commercio di soggiorni turistici, dobbiamo comunicare le seguenti restrizioni:
Le pratiche pericolose per la vita, la salute e l'integrità fisica dei clienti sono vietate negli stabilimenti di alloggio turistico e nelle residenze soggette a commercializzazione turistica. In tutti i casi, sono considerate "pratiche pericolose" le seguenti attività: spostarsi da una finestra o da un balcone all'altro, nonché lanciarsi da luoghi non adatti in piscine, spazi vuoti o in qualsiasi altro elemento (la pratica del cosiddetto balconing). I clienti che eseguono tali pratiche devono essere immediatamente espulsi dallo stabilimento, indipendentemente dalle sanzioni che possono essere loro inflitte, in conformità con il presente Decreto legge e le relative ordinanze comunali. L'allontanamento deve essere ordinato dalla direzione dello stabilimento o dall'addetto commerciale della residenza, che può richiedere la collaborazione delle forze di sicurezza.
Conformemente al regime sanzionatorio contenuto negli articoli da 11 a 22 del Decreto sopra citato, l'inosservanza del divieto di pratiche potenzialmente pericolose per la vita, la salute e l'integrità fisica contenute nel paragrafo precedente è considerato un reato grave. Le infrazioni gravi saranno soggette a una multa compresa tra 6.001 e 60.000 euro.

“Perfect Hotel”
Was just a stop over from our long trip from Holland to Italy. We had a spacious room , very clean, lovely dinner and breakfast. Its a family hotel we just loved chatting to the family , specially the daughter what a wonderful lady. Recommended xx

“Nice food - be ready to go back in the 80’s”
It is a nice restaurant. Very clean but a little bit old. It is not a stube. However the staff is friendly and nice and the food also is very good. The portions are for climbers !!!!! The goulash, the roasted potatoes and the snizel were very good.

“Excellent room and good breakfast”
Our room in Gasthaus Hofer was spacious with a lovely shared balcony. The only issue was that the apartment lacked some basics that we had not thought of bringing; soap, washing up liquid, etc so you would definitely need to buy these before your stay.

We stayed for 3 nights there when skiing in Stubai. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was really friendly. “A fine stay for just one night.”
