“Loved It”
Spent the night on a honeymoon... we asked for the honeymoon suite but was unavailable, so they upgraded our room to a spa suite, free champagne, and a basket of yumminess... the staff were so lovely and super friendly

“going but not forgotten”
despite the coming closure of Novotel St. Kilda, the service given was excellent. prior info. re.facilities were helpful as were the staff on arrival, during our stay and our departure. the staff, especially Bianca and Alice were extremely helpful with catering for a person with disabilities. i wou… Più

“Novotel St Kilda”
i had a lovely stay at the St Kilda Novotel catching up with my friends - have stayed a few times over the years, sadly its being demolished this week for apartments. lovely friendly staff. a new journey for them! its a great spot by the beach and the town full of the most amazing cake shops.

“Awesome Position, Classic Hotel”
We loved our stay... we were lucky enough to get a room upgrade overlooking the bay, the room was exceptional. The hotel is in such a magic spot, within walking distance to everything in St. KIlda. “Great Location”
Stayed overnight. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Reception and checking out were smooth. The breakfast was value for money. Parking for hotel guests was adequate. The staff at the bar and the restaurant were however not well trained.
