Best thing about this property is the close proximity to Patong beach and Bangala Road. You walk 100m to main road, 5 mins walk to famous Patong beach. You will find multiple restaurants, street food shops, massage parlors etc. Family Mart and 7Eleven are in walking distance. Tour booking desks few mins away. It's simply a centralized location in Patong. We booked 2 rooms apartment with kitchen/dining and living area. 2nd floor located 3 separate access to each area.(2 rooms and kitchen/dining). Facilities are good and rooms are average in size. Had issue with locker, staff able to resolve it. Staff manages decent English and manage to get through things. Pool is the best thing, simply you will feel like home and long away from busy streets. Nicely managed well designed area to relax with a drink.(you can get drinks on your own) Only bad experience was staff refusing to provide multi plug as whatever sockets available was not compatible with laptop charger plug, simply they asked me to go to &Eleven and buy one. Overall this place can add value to your trip with its location and relaxing pool facility. Recommended. But always compare prices and if you only need apartment type stay this is the first preference, if rooms you can have good one outside.

Been here with my boyfriend. If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel this place is good for you. It’s quiet and the staff were nice tho you could see the facilities were quite old. The only problem we’ve encountered as far as I remember was that we requested for a king bed in our booking but instead they gave us twin beds, then when we asked to change our room they informed us it is unavailable and just put the twin beds together and made is as one which is quite uncomfortable. We can’t do anything so we just let it go but still we enjoyed our stay.
