“Wonderful holiday by village ”

Wonderful holiday village. Great facilities and lovely staff. Has three pools (indoor, outdoor and children's) three water slides, nice restaurant, small shop, playground, tennis courts, crazy golf and bike hire. 5 mins drive from beach, high ropes place and town. Accommodation was immaculate.

Just arrived home after a fabulous week here with my family including 3 year old granddaughter. Very, very impressed with every aspect of the park especially the pools. Cleanliness is superb and facilities spot on. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and did the utmost to make our stay so special. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves too.

“perfect for a weekend getaway over the Channel”

We stayed for 2 nights and despite my main gripe, wished it could have been 3 or 4. Around an hour from Channel Tunnel - the site is mainly French owner occupiers, but quite a few UK families in the rented vans and villas. Our mobile home was very well equipped. Booking.com said bedlinen was included, the site reception said otherwise, so we ended up paying again for sheets and towels. I would not have wanted to stay longer than 4 nights as the beds/mattresses are quite old and low quality, the " pillows" are flat as a pancake and so I slept badly. I will happily return, but bringing my own duvets and pillows and hoping the mattresses have been replaced. Other observations : Staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming - not what I was expecting in a mainly owner occupied site. Both indoor and outdoor pools are perfectly heated, access is via a wrist band and the staff are strict on showering/using footbath /leaving outdoor shoes at the entrance. The staff don't speak a lot of English, so my A level French was very useful. Order baguettes/croissants etc on checking in for the days you are staying. We didn't use the restaurant but it seemed to be popular and handy to have on site. Wifi was quick and reliable. Whether that is the same when the camp is full in August.. We didn't use the Spa, or electric bike hire but would have done if we had been staying longer. A strong recommend, despite the beds as the good massively outweighed the bad.

Friendly service all over this campsite from letting us off the no-swimshorts rule at la pristine (the outdoor pool was so warm too!!) to great service at reception and the (utterly fabulous) restaurant. We only stayed a brief 2 days but the proximity to Calais allowed us to make th best of our limited time. The accom was fine clean, good hot shower and the whole site was meticulously well kept and they have bike hire and mini golf plus much more. Quite a few UK families were on site.
