I loved my stay it was absolutely amazing the staff was awesome, the rooms were very clean and housekeeping was very good, we enjoyed our stay here every much and the check in process was very easy, looking forward to staying again soon! Thanks

Great location Beautiful property, we loved the breakfast and bar area. Hotel is very spacious there was many quite areas for me to take meetings and do work. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful Hotel was clean Very pleased with stay will be staying again

All in all, a decent stay for the money. It is close to the Woodlands, so that is a plus. But to get back there you have to go up over to the 242 and back down the very busy service road alongside the I 45. Not their fault, mind you. But man, oh man. that interstate is noisy. All in all, a decent stay for the money. It is close to the Woodlands, so that is a plus. But to get back there you have to go up over to the 242 and back down the very busy service road alongside the I 45. Not their fault, mind you. But man, oh man. that interstate is noisy. How noisy you ask? Up to 80 decibels poolside, and 85 is the start of hearing damage. But fortunately the noise does not get into the rooms and that is a good thing. Coffee in the morning is good quality, the rest of the breakfast is forgettable. WHat did you want, an omelet station? Well, to be fair not at this price point. Staff is pleasant and helpful. And what is it with Texas drivers who do NOT respect handicapped parking. I am talking to you, Electric HUmmer guy, who sprawled across two spaces to charge his EV. And you, guy with the white panel van with California plates. If you are not handicapped, give the space some room. Sheesh. But that is not the fault of the hotel but maybe tell guests when they check in to be mindful of those spaces. Oh yes, rapid onset of the hot water for the shower. Good job on that. The FIRST time that has happened at Hilton products in the Woodlands. So, a good value but mind the traffic

Let's start with the good. The hotel was brand new and had opened that year and you could still smell newness. Everything in the hotel room worked the way it was supposed to and was clean. The pool was Okay, I only wish there was a spa in the pool area. The fitness center was basic but everything worked. breakfast was okay, I do wish they had a Texas shaped waffle maker. The Staff went out of the their way to make sure we had our needs met. Now to the bad. The pool was not secure with a nonfunctioning lock and the walls are paper thin and I could hear people slamming doors at midnight and starting at 4. I would stay here again if need be.
