Stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Baltimore for an event. I was welcomed warmly by Sumaya and she was friendly and very professional. My room was very spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower with fluffy towels provided and was also very clean. This is one of the best Holiday Inn hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was very good and tasty. The lobby was well laid out and ambience was great. Very accessible as well and centrally located . Nothing was too much trouble for Sumaya, who was very helpful with queries. Jessica on the other hand was rude and had an attitude when I dealt with her. She needs to be more professional as this could put people off. I would stay here again. Highly Recommended!

“Quick stop stayed a few nights, comfortable and clean.”

Comfortable nights sleep. Nice clean room, except it was a little dusty when you looked closer. I liked that there was a small vent on the window that I could open and let in some fresh night air. Comfortable nights sleep. Nice clean room, except it was a little dusty when you looked closer. I liked that there was a small vent on the window that I could open and let in some fresh night air. But it also let in the night noises. And lights. Lots of highway traffic noise, during the day. The ice machine always seemed to be out of ice. But the room was clean and comfortable and was just what I needed for a few days. It was a great stay.

This is an older Holiday Inn that has recently been updated but still has its fair share of issues, however the staff goes above and beyond to make it right. I had a weekend stay and the first night the room was extremely humid, so humid the paper keycard holder became damp. I toughed it out for the night thinking it would dehumidify with the AC in. The next morning I realized that was not going to be the case. The front desk quickly moved me to a new room. Unfortunately a family of birds had made the AC unit in the new room their home. The hotel moved me once again and the third room was great. The rooms are updated with very comfortable beds. The restaurant was surprisingly very good when I grabbed dinner there. Overall it was a good stay thanks to the friendly staff.

“No Coffee”

Room was nice enough, but "we don't make coffee after 10 AM" was not something we wanted to hear. We will be back in August for another event, but we will bring our coffee maker from home next time! We liked the modern art on the walls and the room itself was comfortable.
