My wife and I stayed at the robe Marina apartments for one night. We found our room very clean the fittings and furniture where of a good quality we would not hesitate to stay again also only a short walk from the apartment is two hotels for a drink and a meal. One of the hotels is over 160 years old and also just down the road is a fantastic bakery all said and done our accommodation and robe is a fantastic place to visit.

This place is beautifully positioned on the Marina, with easy access to the beach, walks and town. Our air-conditioner died overnight, and we were very impressed with the excellent service which had it replaced by 11am that morning. This place is beautifully positioned on the Marina, with easy access to the beach, walks and town. Our air-conditioner died overnight, and we were very impressed with the excellent service which had it replaced by 11am that morning. This service was unexpectedly good, as the list of instructions which arrives before you do sounds like something from your schooldays. However, our unit was clean and well-provisioned, and we slept well. Although there is a kitchenette, there is no sink provided and all washing up has to be done in the bathroom, which isn't very convenient.

From Cape Jervis Penneshaw, a 5 to 6 hours’ drive through nature and great landscapes the named Ocean Road, to arrive in Robe, a drive that offers a nice introduction to the South west, rural and agricultural part of Victoria state in Australia. On the way to Robe we visited Mont Gambier a Volcano crater full of beautiful Blue Water, it is worth to take the road and visit it. Also to visit and to enjoy is the Tantanoola Caves a stunning limestone cave located near the town of Tantanoola in South Australia. It is more than 500,000 years old. The cave is a notable example of limestone karst, formed over millions of years through the dissolution of limestone rocks by acidic water it features an impressive variety of stalactites and stalagmites, created through the slow accumulation of calcium carbonate deposits. Visitors can marvel at the cave's unique formations, including flow stones, helictites, and rim stones. The Hotel Robe Marina just offers the Basics, nothing especial, large rooms or Apartment but this is it. Stay for a night but enjoy Robe and surroundings are must.
